Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to hold a gecko. All payments are final and non-refundable, but payment is transferrable between any available geckos minus the initial deposit. Credits do not expire and can be used on any available gecko in the future. Payments are collected via Square invoices, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash App.

Shipping

$60 flat rate shipping for any number of geckos within the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii. All live animal shipments are via FedEx Priority Overnight service. Shipments are dropped off Monday through Wednesday at a FedEx location for next-day delivery to your local FedEx Hub for pick up. Shipments held at FedEx hubs are climate-controlled and thus would be the safest option for your animal. Home delivery can be arranged on an individual basis. Shipping dates will be weather permitting to ensure the safety of your geckos when temperatures are between 40-80F on my end, on the route, and on your end. Local pick-up is welcomed and scheduled on an individual basis.

Health Guarantees

All geckos will have a seven-day health guarantee.  You are responsible for contacting me via phone, text, email, or Facebook message within two hours of receiving to inform me of the condition of your animal. All health guarantees are null and void if you do not contact me within two hours of receiving them. In the unlikely event of illness or death within seven days, you will be offered a replacement gecko of similar quality or credit towards an available gecko. The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. You must submit proof of illness or death with clear photographs and/or videos. Injuries sustained after arrival such as from other pets, inappropriate care, and other forms of physical harm will not be covered under the health guarantee. Tail loss during shipment is not covered under the health guarantee (Tails do not regenerate).  

    

Exports
All health guarantees are valid within the United States only. It is up to your exporter to inspect and verify the gecko(s) before the transit to your country.

Sexing

All geckos listed as male or female are guaranteed. All possible male, possible female, possible pores, and no pore-seen geckos are not guaranteed.

Color Accuracy 

All geckos are photographed in their fired-up state, which is more vibrant compared to their fired-down state. All geckos are photographed with a digital camera and available light source to represent their colors as accurately as possible; however, colors captured with my instruments and displayed on your screen may or may not be completely accurate to the actual colors in person.

Sales will not be made to minors under the age of 18. I reserved the right to refuse a sale. With a purchase and payment of a gecko(s) from me, you are agreeing to the terms above.
